To use the services of EPayGates ( https://epaygates.com ), you are required to read and comply with this Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”).

By accessing or using EPayGates, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

If you are under the age of 18 or lack full legal capacity, you must use the services under the supervision of a legal guardian.

1. Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between you and the operator of EPayGates, the legal entity responsible for operating the EPayGates platform.

“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using EPayGates services.

2. Software-Only Service Disclaimer

EPayGates provides software tools and digital services only. We do not operate as a payment processor, financial institution, money service business, escrow service, or marketplace.

3. Account and Password Security

Certain services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Use of Our Services

Fees paid for subscriptions or premium software access are governed by the Refund Policy .

6. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EPayGates does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Equipment

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment and internet access required to use the services.

8. Advertising

EPayGates may display advertisements or promotional content. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or related transactions.

9. Billing and Subscriptions

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions grant access to software features only.

Billing is handled by independent third-party billing providers. EPayGates does not store or process payment card information and does not provide payment processing or financial services.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date, subject to the billing provider’s terms.

10. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is defined in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed through the original billing provider according to its policies.

11. Third-Party Services

Use of third-party services is subject to both this Agreement and the third party’s own terms.

12. Software License

EPayGates grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its software solely for accessing the services.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to EPayGates belongs to EPayGates or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the services for illegal activities, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, or system abuse.

15. Compliance With Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

16. Force Majeure

EPayGates is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

17. Modification and Termination

EPayGates may modify, suspend, or terminate services if users violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by United States law.
